Born in Arandelovac, where she was educated, Milena inherited her inclination towards artistic modeling of clay and porcelain not only from her parents, recognized artists, but also from her great-grandmother, a successful painting student in Munich. Milena’s inquisitive spirit, since childhood, also shaped her passion for photography, and Vinča culture and the Lepenski Vir represent a special challenge for her.

Rodena u Arandelovcu, gde se školovala, Milena je sklonost ka umetničkom oblikovanju gline i porcelana nasledila ne samo od roditelja, priznatih umetnika, već i prabake, uspešne studentkinje slikarstva u Minhenu. Milenin radoznali duh, još od detinjstva, oblikovao je i strast za fotografijom, a posebni izazov za nju predstavljaju vinčanska kultura i Lepenski Vir.
